Every line item below is performed as described. The package you book determines which of them apply.

• Hand wash and dry

  30–45 min · Included in Express Shine, Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Pre-rinse to lift loose dirt before anything touches the paint.
  • Two-bucket hand wash with a clean microfiber mitt so grit is never dragged across the finish.
  • Bug and road-film removal from the front bumper, mirrors and lower panels.
  • Dried with plush microfiber towels, including door jambs and panel gaps, to prevent drips and water spots.

• Wheels, tires and wheel wells

  20–30 min · Included in Express Shine, Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Dedicated wheel cleaner to dissolve baked-on brake dust, agitated on the face and barrel with a wheel brush.
  • Tires scrubbed clean of old browning dressing and road film.
  • Wheel wells cleaned and rinsed so the car looks finished from every angle.

• Spray sealant for gloss and protection

  15 min · Included in Express Shine, Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Hybrid ceramic / polymer spray sealant applied to clean, dry paint.
  • Adds gloss and makes water bead so the car stays cleaner between washes.
  • Typically lasts 4–8 weeks depending on weather and how often the car is driven.

• Windows cleaned inside and out

  10–15 min · Included in Express Shine, Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Ammonia-free cleaner that is safe for tint.
  • Both sides of every window plus the windshield, mirrors and interior glass haze.
  • Rear-view camera lens and headlights wiped down.

• Full interior vacuum

  25–40 min · Included in Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Seats cleared of debris, including under and between them and along the seat rails.
  • Carpets, floor mats, trunk and cargo area vacuumed.
  • Crevice tool and detail brushes for vents, seams, cup holders and console trays.

• Dash, console and door panels wiped

  20–30 min · Included in Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Interior-safe cleaner on dash, gauge cluster, steering wheel, shifter, buttons and screens.
  • Door panels, jambs, handles and cupholders cleaned by hand.
  • Finished with a natural matte look — no shiny, slippery residue.

• Floor mats cleaned

  • Rubber and all-weather mats scrubbed and rinsed.
  • Carpet mats vacuumed, spot-treated and agitated to lift ground-in dirt.
  • Mats returned dry so they do not re-soil the carpet underneath.

• Interior glass and light odor treatment

  10 min · Included in Interior + Exterior, Full Detail

  • Enzyme-based odor eliminator applied to carpet and upholstery after vacuuming.
  • Vents treated for stale A/C smell.
  • Best for food, gym and pet odors. Smoke and heavy odors need the Full Detail plus an add-on quote.

• Shampoo and extraction of seats and carpets

  45–75 min · Included in Full Detail

  • Upholstery shampoo pre-sprayed and agitated with a stiff brush to break down stains, spills and body oils.
  • Soiled solution and moisture extracted back out with a wet/dry extraction vacuum.
  • Plan on a few hours of drying time before heavy use.
  • Not for leather seats; those get the leather clean and condition service instead.

• Ozone odor elimination

  30–60 min · Included in Full Detail

  • Ozone generator run in the sealed cabin so it reaches carpet, headliner, upholstery and the vent system.
  • Oxidizes odor-causing molecules instead of masking them with fragrance.
  • Effective on smoke, pet, food and mildew smells that surface cleaning cannot remove.
  • Cabin is aired out afterward and returned safe to drive.

• Engine bay cleaning

  30–45 min · Included in Full Detail

  • Sensitive electronics and intake covered before any product is applied.
  • Degreaser applied and agitated to break down oil film, road dust and leaf debris.
  • Low-pressure rinse and blow-dry, never a pressure washer on connectors.
  • Plastic and hoses dressed with a non-greasy satin finish.

• Leather clean and condition

  20–30 min · Included in Full Detail

  • pH-balanced leather cleaner agitated with a soft brush to lift dye transfer and body oils from the grain.
  • Conditioner applied to keep seats supple and help prevent cracking on bolsters.
  • Also covers leather-wrapped steering wheels and shift boots.

Detailing is cleaning and protection. It is not body work, and it is not repair. The following are not part of any package and are not performed:

• Paint correction, machine polishing, compounding, swirl removal and scratch removal.
• Dent removal, paintless dent repair, panel or bumper repair, and touch-up painting.
• Rust treatment, rust removal, and repair of corroded panels or undercarriage.
• Mechanical, electrical or diagnostic work of any kind, including fluid changes and battery service.
• Mold remediation. Vehicles with active mold growth are declined for health and safety reasons.
• Biohazard cleanup, including bodily fluids, needles, infestation or hoarding conditions.
• Headlight restoration, glass chip repair, windshield replacement and tint installation or removal.
• Upholstery, leather, carpet or trim repair — tears, burns, cracks and worn bolsters are not fixed by cleaning.
• Engine or undercarriage steam cleaning beyond the standard engine bay service described above.
• Repair or restoration of any pre-existing damage.

Some vehicles take far more time and material than a standard job. When any of the following apply we inspect on arrival and quote the add-on before starting. You can approve it, reduce the scope, or reschedule at no cost.

• Heavily soiled interiors — caked mud, sand, spilled food or drink, construction debris, long-term neglect.
• Heavy pet hair, which must be extracted by hand and roughly doubles interior time.
• Smoke odor and nicotine film, which require ozone treatment and full surface cleaning.
• Mildew smell or standing moisture from a leak or a window left open.
• Oversized vehicles — three-row SUVs, full-size vans, work trucks and cargo vehicles.
• Heavy exterior contamination such as tar, overspray, tree sap or long-standing water spotting.

We clean to the best condition the vehicle's materials allow. Permanent stains, dye transfer, sun-faded plastics, etched water spots, worn clear coat and heat-cracked dashboards will not return to new. We will tell you honestly before we start when we think a result is limited.
